Wine Salmon
4 salmon steaks, 6 ounces each
1/2 cup rose wine
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/16 teaspoon pepper
Salt to taste
Place salmon in shallow pan. Combine
wine, marjoram, onion powder, and pepper; pour over
fish. Refrigerate for several hours, turning salmon
once or twice. Drain well. Grill or broil until
fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once; sprinkle
with seasoning salt as salmon broils.
Serves 4.
