Sour
Cream and Smoked Salmon Pizzas
2/3 cup sour cream
finely shredded zest and juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper
4 x 3-ounce store-bought pizza bases, baked
8 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped dill
Mix the sour cream with 1 teaspoon
lemon juice. Season to taste. Spread the pizzas
with about half of the sour cream, then arrange
the salmon slices on the top. Spread the rest of
the sour cream over, filling in any gaps in the
middle or around the edge of the salmon. Decorate
with the dill and shreds of lemon zest.
